Palace Hotel **** Zandvoort:Â Our hotel, with an impressive height of 80 meters, offers an unrivaled location right on the beach and opposite Zandvoort train station. Our guests enjoy beautiful views from the comfortable rooms, and on the 18th floor we even have beautiful loft rooms with full sea views.
Our restaurant ZIZO Lounge is a modern Japanese inspired restaurant. It is located directly on the boulevard. The restaurant has 110 seats and has a shared dining concept. We work with a young and enthusiastic team who want to give our guests that extra bit of experience.
The ZIZO lounge has a unique location with a beautiful sea view and is less than a 5-minute walk from the train/bus station.
Job description
Are you a chef with a passion for turning and cutting the ultimate sushi rolls? Can you keep calm during crowds? Is delivering top quality hygiene of paramount importance to you? And is it your talent and goal to make people happy with the best sushi in the Netherlands? Then we are looking for you!

- You have a passion for making and delivering the perfect sushi.
- Hygienic and safe working are of paramount importance to you.
- You are a hard worker and do not let busyness discourage you. During ‘rush hour’ you remain calm and keep an overview.
- You are only committed to delivering top quality.
- You are flexible and have no problems working on weekends and evenings!
- You are both independent and a team player and know how to deal with stressful situations.
